internet communication shield
spysweeper notification of blocked access keeps popping up?
all of a suddent today the internet communication shield has blocked access to all these bogus sites that my computer seems to be trying to reach…it did tell me i had a trojan horse but i ran everything…in safe mode and it told me it was quarantined and then i deleted it. i ran spybot, ccleaner, avast, etc…but these stupid things keep popping up
any ideas?
Here are some steps to remove it
Download and Install Spyware Doctor Starter Edition from the Google Pack
Run a full scan with Spyware Doctor to clean the computer
Turn off the System Restore Point
Right mouse click on “My Computer” and click Properties
Click on the System Restore tab
Check Turn off System Restore or Turn off System Restore on all drives
(You must be logged in as an Administrator)
Click Apply
Click Yes
Click OK
Restart the computer in Safe Mode
Press the F8 key a few times at the system boot up, until the selection screen appears.
Highlight Safe Mode and press the Enter key.
Run another Full Scan with Spyware Doctor
Restart the computer into regular mode
You can then turn system restore point back on.
