communication group ideas
Does anybody have any ideas for a product that is both a laundry washer and dryer ( in one)?
I am being forced to give a speech (yuck) in my Business Communications class on an invented product. My group came up with a combined washer and dryer….one that does all your laundry for you. I am either going to give my speech on markerting or advertising this product. Because of how horribly my last speech went, I am looking for a little help! If anyone has any ideas at all I would love to hear them!
first of all do a brainstorm on the product -all the possible benefits and uses of this product
First you want to know who will be the users of your product – the target market (ie mums, bachelors, teenagers, elderly people)
How you will market it to them:
- promotion ie different types of media
- place ie where can you get it from (is it available everywhere or is it a niche product)
- price ie is it affordable or will it be the latest IT gadget
- product ie. what are the products features why would your target market buy this product
discussing all these 4 parts of the marketing mix should take up a bit of time but if you have some time left you can go into your main selling point – what will make your target market choose this product over everything else…
the most important thing is to structure your speech well
go through everything systematically
and make sure you’re well prepared
