iPhone: Creating Ringtones..?

I’m guessing this problem won’t be solved, but I’m asking anyway as apple support were unhelpful..

I want to know how you create a custom ringtone on itunes 8 (UK), (yes the latest version). I know how to, the option simplyisn’tt there to make one. Apparently a bell symbol will show against compatible songs. However, I can’t find the option to display the ringtones column. I’ve been on view>view options, and the check box saying “ringtone” isnt there. Help? Thanks..

How to upload ringtones from computer to non-iphone cell phone?

I just created a custom ringtone and it is on my computer under my “iTunes” application. I do not have an iphone, but a regular Kyocera cell phone. How do I upload the ringtone to this cell phone?
