Online ringtone maker with fade effects?

Does anyone know of an online ringtone maker with fade effects, and does NOT require me to provide my mobile number or other catches? I’m using an iPhone so I need to save the created file to my computer and sync via iTunes anyways.
- I already KNOW you can create ringtones via iTunes, I need one with fade effects, so don’t copy/paste an entire tutorial on ringtone creation via iTunes like people did on other forums -.-!
- Online only please, I don’t want to dish out like $50 for a software just to create a few ringtones
