M4r to Mp3 Converter?

ok. i dont have an iphone. but there is this website who made all these korean ringtones but its all in m4r format. i want to download all these ringtones so i can put it in my phone.

Just saying, if you plan on getting an iPhone then you ought to leave it in that format as those are the ringtone format for iPhones.
But if not then I suppose you could in Windows enable file extensions to be seen then change .m4r to .mp3 & see if that works.

iTunes does to .mp3 conversions but more than likely not in this case because it would be recognized as a ringtone & then you wouldn’t be able to change it after that.
